Attached file The offending PDF
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:29.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/29.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20140506152807

Steps to reproduce:

Environment:

Win 7 SP1 [in a VM (KVM/qemu) with Fedora 20 host]
Firefox 29.0.1 EU "euballot - 1.1"
Printer is a Brother MFC9120CN

Printing of PDF works perfectly well from "Foxit Reader" on the same system

1) View a PDF in "pdf.js"
2) Rendering is perfectly ok
3) Print it!
4) Printing is perfectly ok.
5) Print it again!
6) Printing is messed up: the original typefaces have been replaced by some kind
    of fallback which does not contain accentuated characters for example and
    also otherwise does not match the original geometry. Any subsequent printouts
    are also affected.
7) I am not fully sure how to "reset" this state of affairs. Restarting FF seems to
    help

Actual results:

Tried to make this even clearer:

1) Restart with plugins disabled
2) Load PDF
3) Print! --> GOOD
4) Print again! --> BAD
5) Restart with plugins disabled
6) Load PDF
7) Print! --> GOOD
8) Print again! --> BAD
5) Restart with plugins disabled
6) Load PDF
7) Print 2 copies! --> Both are actually GOOD!
8) Print again! --> BAD
